I worked for a few cram schools in Tokyo and a private high school in Saitama prefecture as an English teacher.
After that, I started my own English-language classroom in Nagoya 16 years ago.
I think a self-employed business is good because I can freely decide on the content of work
and I feel less stressed when I take full responsibility for the results.
