It has been twelve years and two hundred and forty-six
days in a row since I broke free of cigarettes.
I was able to keep 14-time push-ups for the fourth
consecutive day and kept at least 10-time push-ups for
the three years and two hundred and thirtieth
successive day.

It is completely sunny and deadly sunny in Nagoya with
the current temperature at 10 a.m. of as high as 33.5
degrees.
There were perfectly no clouds while I was riding my
bike on my way to the workplace and still now the
sunlight is deadly scorching.
But even so, I do not want the typhoon #7 to come here.
At this pace, the typhoon #7 will move through the
worst course for Nagoya, which, I am so afraid, is likely
to cause severe damage.
