私の一番好きな曲はず～とこの曲The Rose
ベッド・ミドラーのハスキーボイスとシンプルで胸うつな歌詞は、何度聞いても色あせることはありません。

何か辛いことがあったり、理不尽な思いをしたとき、この曲は、がんばる力をくれます。

良い曲なので、いろいろな歌手がカバーしていますが、私は都はるみの「愛は花・君はその種」が実は好きです。
映画「おもいでぽろぽろ」（映画も好きです）の主題歌でもあります。
同じ部分を都はるみバージョンでは、　思い出してごらん　冬　雪に埋もれても　種は春　お陽様の　愛で　花開く
日本語はす～と心に入ってきます。ぜひ、都はるみバージョンも聞いてみて下さいね。
