大晦日
２７日に安城市へ行ってきた。
来年早々には返事が来るだろう。
うまく行くことを願うのみ。
帰ってから夜８時ごろ野村君から電話があった。
大きな泣き声が痛々しかった。
先日お歳暮を送ってくれたばかりだというのに。

命が尽きるわけではない。
早く闘争心を回復して欲しい。
Worldiaの何人かにmessageを送った。
今夜も明日も仕事だ。

野村君からお歳暮が来た。
「カツオのたたき」
お返しは何にしようかと思っていたが、いいものがあった。
「ヒマラヤ岩塩」
彼の家族には珍しいものだろう。
決まり。

インターネットは便利だけど買い物をすると送料、手数料で購入価格の倍近く支払うことになる。
何とかならないものか。
インターネット取引の改良課題と言える。

コーヒーカップは倒れない

３～４年前、信楽に倒れないマグを探しに行った。
町中探したが、１個も無かった。
四国へ帰省する途中、備前の街道沿いにあるお店を全部立ち寄って見たが、
そこにも１個も無かった。
京都で五条通りの陶器市があったので、出かけていって探したが１個も無かった。
そこで
世間に無いのなら自分で作るというのが日本人技術者の習性。
出来たのが写真の如く下膨れの見るからに安定感の有るマグカップ達。
まだフォルムは発展途上だが、使ってみるとなかなかのものである。

かねてより机の周りでコーヒーや生姜湯を飲むのに、コップを倒すとトンでもない事になると懸念していた。キーボードや他の書類、本、資料など汚すわけにいかない物が机上にはたくさんある。
とにかくこれで安心だ。

この歌を是非フィンランド語で憶えたい。
You Tube からメロディーを録音していつも聞いていれば憶えられるだろう。
歌を憶えようなんて何十年ぶりか！

小さな旋盤 ： モバイル型

小型旋盤で据え置き型のものは市販品として多数製作され販売されている。
そうではなくて、かねてから思っていたのは、持ち運びが出来て本格的な旋削作業ができるもの、つまりモバイル旋盤である。

モーターの選定は終わった。
オリエンタルモーター社の150W、単層100Vのもの。
主軸と刃物台は設計完了、
チャックはサカイの既製品を採用、約￥20,000-　也。　或いは別途調達、既製品とする。これは精度を必要とするため。
あとは減速部とテーブルだけ、未設計。
心押し台はオプションとして、組立て式とする。
ネジ加工は諦める。最初から考慮していない。
占有空間は 300X300X300(mm)。
箱に入れて 現場に持ち込んで　小さなものならその場で必要な部品を製作出来るようにする。
重量 ：２０kg 目標。
まだまだ寸法のツメをしなければ。

工作機械の電動工具化という思想である。
このことはもう十数年前から頭にあった。
以前実験機を、離れた工場で組立てて実験しようとしたら、ある部品が寸法不具合で作り直さなければならなかった。手元に小さな旋盤があれば３０分もあれば出来たのに、部品を外して持って帰って　発注して削ってもらって　また現場に行って取り付けて、都合１週間が無駄になったことがあった。
小さなモバイル旋盤があればいいのにと思ったことだった。
こんなものは趣味家たちの間にも需要があるかもしれない。

モバイル型の長穴開け機も考慮中。
平板にこの機械をどうやって取り付けるかが鍵。
鉄板なら磁石が使えるが、アルミ合金板や銅版、オーステナイトSUS板ではどうするか。
板圧には当然、寸法限界があるだろう。
コンタマシンの電動工具化だ。
