小説『サトリ』＆マンガの『天地明察』"Satori" & Manga "Tenchi Meisatsu"

　１９８０年代にアメリカのトレヴェニアンの『シブミ』がベストセラーになりました。
　読まれたことがありますか？
　　その作者が数年前に亡くなったのですが、その後をドン・ウィンズロウ（米）『サトリ』（ハヤカワ・ノヴェルズ）から出版されました。
　碁の考え方などを使って作戦を立てていくサスペンスものです。
　　シブミと一緒に読まれることをお薦めします。
　西洋的に『東洋のミステリアス』的スパイスに碁が使われている感じかな～～～
　　碁が非常にインテリジェンスで精神的な高度なゲームとして扱われていると思いますが、『スパイもの』が苦手な方にはお勧めしません。

　マンガの月刊誌『アフタヌーン』７月号に『天地明察』の２回目が掲載。
　碁を知らない方でも面白いと思います。

In the 1980s, a book called "Shibumi" by Trevanian became a bestseller in America.
Have you ever read it?
The author died a few years back but Don Winslow published the continuation called "Satori".
It is a suspence novel using Go mentality for tactics.
I recommend reading it with Shibumi.
I felt that Go was used as a spice of "exotic mysteriousness of the far east" .

本因坊戦第４局 Hoinbo match 4th game

　昨日、本因坊戦第４局目が打たれました。結果は半目差ではね挑戦者が１勝返しました。
　勝敗が最後までユラユラしたようです。
　　観戦者的な立場では、やはりフルセットで戦ってほしいですね。
　第５局は６月２９、３０日三重県鳥羽市『戸田家』で打たれます、
　羽根挑戦者のホームグランドですね。
　　熱戦が期待されます。

　Yesterday, the 4th game of the Hoinbo title match was played. Hane challenger won with half a point.
It seems that the winner was not clear until the very end of the game.
For us audience, it will of course be great for them to fight fully.

The 5th game will be played on the 29th and 30th of June in Mie Prefecture.
It is the home ground of Hane challenger. I cannot wait for a heated battle!
