今度の補正予算案の中にアニメ美術館建築費（117億円）が入ってるとインターネットで読みました。
もし、これが、本当に『流石
、日本アニメ！！！』と世界の若者達の憧れの美術館になれば、それは、それで意義がありそうな気がします。
（もちろん、ヒカルの碁も殿堂入りですね）
私は海外で日本マンガファンの熱列さを垣間見てますので、アイデアには、肯定的になれます。（金額の妥当性は分かりませんが）
そして、もし、その補正予算のほんの少しを世界の日本マンガファンの日本文化紹介に使って頂ければ、嬉しいですね。
（例えば、本当の着物の着方
、お寿司
の食べ方、碁などに。。。）
世界の和食
ブームと同じく、流行って、大衆化してきている分レベルが下がってきています。日本マンガを通じて『日本ファン＝日本文化ファン』を増やせるなら、長い目
で見たら立派な投資になると思えるのです。

I read about the plan to build a museum of Manga by the supplementary.
If it becomes a very good museum for young people from all over the world, they would want to visit there and there would be some meaning to do it.
I wish that Japanese government can use part of this money
to introduce and teach to Japanese manga fans about Japanese culture more than now.(like how to wear the Kimono, how to eat Sushi, how to play Go...)
Since the popularity of Japanese culture is lowering the level of understanding of Japanese culture such as Japanese food, if there would be more Japanese culture fan through manga, it will improve this problem!
We need Honte mentality.
