From June 6 to 13, 1999, the private research institute planned and sponsored the "US 401 (k) plan inspection tour". I went around New York City, Boston, San Francisco on this tour. We have visited 10 corporate surveys, site visits and university co-ops (?).

The members of the investigation team are DB (Defined Benefit) group of five members including the president of the Welfare Pension Fund, the Executive Director, the Secretary General, and others. A DC (Defined Contribution) group of five young people in the 30 years old personnel staff of a large company. There were also 3 organizers and interpreters, 13 small groups in total.
