I have been able to do without smoking for thirteen
years and three hundred and one days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the
one year and thirty-ninth successive day including
the most recent seven days of 28-time push-ups.

It is cloudy but not dark in Nagoya now although it
was raining slightly while I was riding my bike on
my way to the workplace with a pair of rain suits
on in the morning.
The persistent mouth ulcer still hurts, but very
fortunately, the sore is steadily getting milder.
And I am sure that the canker will heal in a few days.
.....I really hope so.
Now I have decided that I have some beer once it heals.
