I have been able to keep smoke-free for thirteen years
and three hundred and nine days in a row.
I was able to keep 31-time push-ups for the fifth
straight day and kept larger than 9-time push-ups for
the one year and forty-seventh consecutive day.

It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya today again.
The current temperature is around 25 degrees, which is
a Natsu-bi, but with a less than 50% humidity, I feel
that it is not so hot, but if anything, crisp.
I enjoyed taking a walk for a total of 80 minutes in the
moring under the completely blue sky without any clouds.
That's typically autumnal.
I really want it to continue for a while.
