1． 被告訴人の検察官は、平成２２年６月１６日頃、持っている職権を不法に乱用して、告訴人は何ら犯罪が思科されないし、犯罪行為をしていないにもかかわらず、内容虚偽の雇用契約書を不法就労した正犯に提供したことは、犯罪が思科されるとして、月島署に逮捕・監禁中の告訴人を入管法違反（資格外活動による不法就労）の幇助罪の容疑などで、不法に勾留請求を行ない、勾留状を不法に取得して、職権を乱用し内容嘘偽の不法な勾留状で、意思決定の自由を圧迫し、告訴人には何の義務もない、不法な逮捕監禁を行ない取調べを行ったものです。

2． 上記の勾留請求に対し、平成２２年６月２４日頃、弁護人は、拘留取消の請求を東京地方裁判所へ請求したが、被告訴人の検察官は裁判官の意見の求めに対し、持っている職権を不法に乱用して、、不法にも、取消を認めずの通知を発行させ、意思決定の自由を圧迫し、告訴人には何の義務もない、不法な逮捕監禁を行なったものです。

3． 被告訴人の検察官は、平成２２年７月３日頃、持っている職権を不法に乱用して、告訴人は何ら犯罪が思科されないし、犯罪行為をしていないにもかかわらず、内容虚偽の雇用契約書を不法就労した正犯に提供したことは、犯罪が思科されるとして、荻窪署に逮捕・監禁中の告訴人を入管法違反（資格外活動による不法就労）の幇助罪の容疑などで、不法に（再）勾留請求を行ない、勾留状を不法に取得して、職権を乱用し内容嘘偽の不法な勾留状で、意思決定の自由を圧迫し、告訴人には何の義務もない、不法な逮捕監禁を行ない取調べを行ったものです。

以上３件の告訴事実（犯罪事実）について、以下は逮捕監禁の目的を補充

その2「２０１０年入管法違反事件における検察官への告訴状」
　2017年1月の入管法改正で罪に出来ないとした行為を、
罪だとして起訴した検察官です。私が憲法31条の法の論理を言うと、
「誰があなたの言うことを信じますか！」と言う！

憲法31条に反して、何ら犯罪をしていないにも関わらず逮捕・監禁をしていますので「特別公務員職権乱用罪」です。
憲法31条に反して、何ら犯罪をしていないにも関わらず起訴をしていますので「虚偽告訴罪」です。
正犯の虚偽の書類の提出（入管法２２－４－４違反）は犯罪ではありません。
法務大臣の行政処分です。「在留資格の取り消し」　および　「国外退去」　です。
従って、刑法60条、62条で処罰できません。
このことは2017年1月の入管法改正で改正理由で明確に書いてあります。

2017年1月の入管法の改正で「私は無罪」であることが改正理由で述べています。
理由：「処罰できない」から「処罰できる」ように改正する。「冤罪」です。

２．改正法の趣旨
従来、入管法は、虚偽申請によって在留資格を取得した者について、罰則の対象ではありませんでした
（旧法７０条、７４条の６）。
３．改正入管法は、偽りその他不正の手段（虚偽申請）によって、
在留資格を取得等した者は、罰則の対象となる旨規定します（法７０条１項２号の２）。

虚偽申請によって在留資格を取得した者、
これを幇助した勤務先、弁護士、行政書士及び学校職員等の申請取次者を
罰則の対象とした改正入管法が第１９２回臨時国会において成立し、平成２９年１月１日から施行されています。

「入管法の違反事件」で国際社会が日本を糾弾しなことを悪用して、
日本政府は２０１５年（２０１４年）、フィリッピンの在日本大使館の職員や外交官を逮捕して処罰しました。
国際社会が迅速に日本政府を糾弾していればこの事件は発生しなかったのです。
「当時」、「私」はこの事件を「追求」していたのです。
「私」は、「この事件に関与した警察官、検察官、裁判官」を「刑事告発」したのです。
一部の「在日本大使館」の「大使」は国際機関を動かしました。
それで２０１６年１１月１８日，第１９２回臨時国会において
「出入国管理及び難民認定法の一部を改正する法律」が成立したのです。
外国政府が動けば、日本政府は「受け入れる」しか選択がないのです。
国際社会の皆さん！日本政府を糾弾してください。そして私たちを救済してください。

日本政府の人権侵害による被害者を支援してください。
入管法「資格外活動」を行った外国人に、「虚偽の雇用の契約書類」を「提供」した者は「無罪」です。
日本の国会が証明しています。
上記の行為を従来は処罰できなかったので、「入管法の改正」により処罰できるようにしました。
2017年入管法を改訂しました。

したがって過去に処罰された者は「無実」です。
しかし日本政府は被害者の名誉の回復と賠償をしていません。
日本の「与党と野党」はこの事実を隠して無視し続けています。
自由世界の繁栄は、自由と民主そして「人権の尊重」は、「法の下で支配」されることで「実現」されます。
