人の口を通して神からのメッセージを聞くということだそうですが、７６歳の誕生日をむかえた今の私にはリュウマチクリニックの先生の
言葉がそのように思えました。
今乗馬をやめる時期だとおもいました。
先生とパパには引き続きのってもらいますが、私はシャルの世話係に徹して健康に長生きさせてあげようと思います。

Sometimes you get hints or pieces of advice from different kinds of people.
My rheumatoid arthritis doctor recommended I stop horseback riding a lot.
In July when I had my 76th Birthday, I accepted the doctor’s advice. Probably the chance of my injury will be reduced.
I love my horse so much that I will take good care of him as much as possible and we will be happy together always.
