冬日より

朝は厳しく寒かったけれど、だんだん気温があがり昼頃には１３度になっていました。

無理をしたためにつえなしでは歩けないほどリュウマチが悪化、２週間痛みに苦しみました。

また皮膚の乾燥から来る痒みも不愉快でした。

いまどちらからも解放され幸せな気持ちです。

シャル君も元気で冬日和を楽しんでいました。

The morning was harsh and cold, but the temperature gradually rose to 13 degrees by noon.

My rheumatoid arthritis worsened due to overexertion, and I suffered from pain for two weeks to the point that I couldn’t walk without a cane.

Additionally, the itching caused by dry skin was unpleasant.

Now, I am free from both and feel truly happy.

Sharu-kun is also doing well and enjoyed the winter weather.
