Many of you already knew I had been survived from breast cancer
7 yrs. ago and this year again in July just before I came to Yangon.
Canser was caused in many reasons
1.Dean itself: My case
father has a cancer still alive and
mother sides' relatives also passed away from cancer
2.Food and other environment
Brest Censer's risk factor is more alcohol
than smoking according to the survey in 2013.
3 Stresses Higher educated women,
less or zero pregnancy experienced
has high risk of breast cancer by research.
Brest cancer is only a cancer you can find yourself with your husband or lover.
Though when you can feel cancer by touching is maybe 0.5cm big in your breast.
My case was echo and mammography(x-lay) found mine
in very early stage 7 yrs. ago,and got opparation and 50 days of
radio shooting after oparation no hormonized pill or any other medicine.
After that annual checking once in a year,
in May doctor found that and lab in details.
During my first coming Yangon and starting living,
doctor arranged my oparation in the beggining of July.
It is not hurt at all for manmography, echo and other checking.
Well as you know manmography is little bit painful but much easier than
Some other accident such as bike slipping on the ground
Burning by cooking.........
Operation in my case, it took only 30min and 2 hours for sleeping.
1 day stay in hospital and next day, I can go to the job.

蚊に刺されると象のように足が腫れ上がってしまう病気
（これはJICAが予防薬を各戸に配っているそうですが
私は登録時にいなかったのでもらえませんでした）
野良犬もたくさんいて、狂犬病も怖いし
雨のたびに排水溝があふれ下水の中をゴム草履で歩き
通り道には病院もあるので、もちろん感染症も怖いけれど
中国時代同様、家の中には絶対に細菌を持ち込まないよう
来客には先ず、手洗い・うがいをしてもらい
自分自身はしっかり食べて、寝て抵抗力をつけ
日々の運動で鍛えています。
暑さ寒さも彼岸までとはいえ、まだまだ残暑厳しいようですが
