「バーレモンハート」で幻のリキュールと紹介されてから興味を持ってました。ラッテ ディ スゥォチェラとも発音され、直訳すると「継母のおっぱい」というイミですが、パッケージはドクロというギャップ、リキュール最強の度数75度、グラッパなど食後酒文化のイタリアでもさすがにロックにして氷を浮かべて溶けるまで待てといわれている逸品。バニラのアタックから強烈な薬草刺激、フィニッシュはビターなところが、甘口のアブサンなどとは異なるところです。これで間違いなく〆られるところが、わたしにとっては最良の食後酒のひとつです。ブランデーよろしくバニラアイスにかけても良しです。
