Yasuhiro Nagano Opinion

February 22, 2025 (Saturday) edition,
President Trump is probably aiming for the Nobel Peace Prize. His "Gaza Plan" is unreasonable, but he finally "mentioned" "transmigration". I want to make it happen, even if it's just for some people.
I agree with Trump's realistic "Gaza Plan", but I think the "forced relocation plan" is unreasonable in terms of "obligations" and "destination".
I think some, probably many, of the Palestinians in Gaza would like to leave Gaza if they had the chance. That's why I propose that "Palestinians in Gaza" be relocated to the "Philippine Special Zone".
Both Trump and I want to save the Palestinians in Gaza. However, we will not allow "forced relocation". I think those who want to stay in Gaza should stay. This is where I differ greatly from Trump.
Jeremy Bowen says that even if 1 million people leave, a maximum of 1.2 million will remain. My suggestion is that 1.2 million people stay. If the "Philippine Special Zone" is attractive, I think more Palestinians will follow suit.
"Trump" says he will make Gaza the "Riviera of the Middle East". He also says that America will own Gaza. This is impossible.
If he wants to make it the "Riviera of the Middle East", he just needs to pay "rent for the land" to the "Gaza Authority".
"Trump" should change his plan. He should stop the forced migration and "migrate" only those who want to move "somewhere". He should promise the remaining Palestinians that they will be "given jobs" in the "Riviera of the Middle East".
America should station "US troops" to protect the "Riviera of the Middle East" and the "Palestinians" from Israel. I think if Trump's plan had been proposed like this, it would not have caused such a big uproar.
However, if the proposal is friendly to Palestinians, many Palestinians will remain in Gaza, and the "Riviera of the Middle East" that "Trump" envisions will not be realized.
In the first place, the "proposal" of "immigration" to Jordan or Egypt is impossible. Jordan and Egypt do not want to be involved in the "Israeli-Palestinian conflict".
The Middle East is an Islamic world. Islamic countries cannot remain in the Islamic world unless they "look out" for their "fellow Palestinians" no matter what the situation.
If Trump wants to make Gaza the "Riviera of the Middle East", he needs to build "friendly relations" with "major Islamic countries" such as Iran, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.
If "Iran, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, etc." agree with "Trump's" proposal, the United Nations and the EU will not insist on a "two-state solution". However, I think this assumption is impossible.
What the world is worried about is "Trump's" personality. The US intervened in Iraq in 2003 and caused a disaster, so I think this approach will definitely cause a big backlash in the US.
In Gaza, young people are committing suicide because they have no hope for the future. If you think this is a humanitarian issue, Trump and Macron should accept them in the US and France.
However, the Netanyahu administration is only thinking about "removing" Palestinians from Gaza and "immigrating" Jews. I think they want the "Gaza war" to "restart."
I think many Palestinians already "think" that Israel is using the war with Hamas to destroy Gaza and drive out the residents.
If the US and France do not accept the "people of Gaza," please realize my proposal of "immigration" to the "Philippine Special Zone." Please.

Please see the weekday edition for Chapters 1 and 2.
"Chapter 3". I also appealed to the international community.
"I" explained my case using "legal logic" and claimed "innocence". However, the police and prosecutors said that I should "admit" my "guilt" in "general terms".
However, Article 31 of the Japanese Constitution stipulates that punishment can only be imposed based on "legal and administrative law".
The judge explained the "causal relationship" using the logic of "when the wind blows, the (cooper) makes money". The international community will "laugh" when they "see" the (reason for punishment) in Chapter 2.
I am "appealing" for two things.
1: The foreigner was "illegally working" outside of his "legal residence status". However, he is innocent due to "equality under the law".
2: The prosecution "applied" the "act of aiding and abetting" of "Article 22, Paragraph 4, Item 4 of the Immigration Control Act (cancellation of residence status)" to the violation of Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act as the "crime of aiding and abetting" of Articles 60 and 62 of the Criminal Code. In this case, the provisions of the Immigration Control Act (administrative measures) take precedence.
Prosecutors do not have the "legal skills" to prepare an indictment. Prosecutors do not have the "legal ability" to prepare an indictment. In Japanese, it's like "mixing miso paste and feces."
In 2010, "me and the Chinese" who violated the Immigration Control Act, and in 2013, Philippine embassy staff and diplomats were also punished for the same reason.
Under pressure from the international community, the Japanese government revised the Immigration Control Act.
However, the Japanese government has not "apology" to "me, the Chinese, and the Filipinos." It has not "restored their honor or paid compensation."
In response to criticism from the international community, the Japanese government amended the Immigration Control Act in December 2016 to make it punishable to "provide" a "false employment contract." This came into effect in January 2017.
However, Article 39 of the Constitution means that people cannot be "punished" "retroactively."
Japan needs to re-educate its special-class public servants and educate its Diet members on the Constitution and laws.
"Chapter 4." Look at the "indictment."

This case is an error in the arbitrary application of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. Reeducation of special public officials is necessary.
"Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." There are tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of victims all over the world. It's an abnormal number.
"Chapter 5". After his release, he emailed the Japanese embassy, OHCHR, and ICC for help.
The ambassador of African country A cannot protest to the Japanese government in his capacity as ambassador. (Because country A is supported by the Japanese government), but he can get his friends at the ICC to take action.
I think an international organization probably pointed this out to the Japanese government.
After that, the Immigration Control Act was amended in December 2016 to make it possible to punish the act of providing false employment contracts. This came into effect in January 2017.
But no one has not notified us of anything.
Furthermore, Article 39 of the Constitution stipulates that laws cannot be applied retroactively to punish people.
There are tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands, of victims around the world, and they are said to be "Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." This is an abnormal number.
The rest will be published in the Sunday edition.
