お餅つき大会

 

月曜日は成人の日で祭日でした。穏やかなお天気でお餅つき大会にはうってつけの日でした。

柔らかな冬の日差しを浴びながら、お餅はもちろん、ほかにもいろいろなご馳走をたくさん頂き楽しくすごせました。

バーザー（売上は馬の治療費にあてられます。）や馬具屋さんによる馬具販売なども行われました。

会員さんの育てられた燕麦や大根も販売され、馬たちは大喜びでもらって食べていました。

シャル君も大喜びでした。

Monday was Coming of Age Day, a national holiday. The weather was calm and perfect for a mochi-pounding festival.

Under the soft winter sunlight, I enjoyed not only mochi but also a variety of other delicious treats, making for a fun-filled day.

There was also a bazaar (with proceeds going toward horse medical expenses) and a tack shop selling horse equipment.

Oats and radishes grown by members were sold, and the horses were delighted to receive and eat them.

Sharu-kun was thrilled too!
