For example, your kid want to watch cartoon, you could make a deal with him-after you finish all your homework, you could do it. When your kid finish all his task ASAP, and you slowly want him even spend more 5 minutes a day even to go over an English word, you couldnot do this, because there is a deal. 3rdly, to give more encourage for you kid, even if he got a very tiny step. For example, his test wasnot good-just 80, you may encourage him, give him a very little target-81, then he would feel less pressure and work more hard to approah this. Many many times, he would get more progress than yours. As the same, you should pay more patience for his back as adult often tolerate yourself when you face in life ...
