憲法改正国民投票法案に関するブックレット編集会議を本日開催。７月２０日までには、出版することが決まった。普通、本の原稿の締め切りは、あってないようなものだけど、今回ばかりは、必ず出すという意気込みです。構成的にも、分かりやすいものになりそう。詳しい情報は、また、お知らせします。
無罪を争っていた外国人に対する有罪判決の件で、彼から手紙が届いた…。彼が言うように、One fine tomorrow を信じて頑張るほかないが…。手紙を紹介します。
Dear Sir,
Thank you very much for everything you did for me when you represented me. Most of all, I will like to also thank you from the bottom of my heart, for the second stage of my trial, which you took as your duty of defending the Japanese constitution. And the civil rights of helpless people. May god bless you and your family.
Well, I just want to say that I'm happy with the defense you provided during my trial, and at the same time unhappy, not because I'm going to jail. But because of the way the judges were accusing you of arguing that I'm innocent, which I actually am, but there's no need now.
I just hope it wouldn't do any harm to your practising law in Japan, I really appreciated your effort. May god pay you in return of whatever you spent on me, money and your valuable time-Amen. The fact is I was arrested for robbery, and fined guilty for fraud. Which I wasn't responsible for, not even an indictment which held me on a fraud charge. So where is the justice there, to me it's all injustice. The judges the prosecutors and the police has rob me off my right of justice, for there benefits and it has ended in Japan.
Sir, I know innocent men get punished sometime. But for reasons known only to dose whom decides who to be punished and who's not to be.
So sir, if I do nothing about this. Many more people will suffer from it including my children here in Japan. From the moment I left the courtroom I knew that I am going to serve six years with force labour. I vowed and promise to make you famous with this case, and believe me sir. He who fights and runaway lives to fight another day.
