The Dekoyashiki Station on the Hanshin Railway was elevated in 1990, and the station's surrounding area was redeveloped along with it. As a result, a neat and tidy streetscape is spread out in front of the station. However, most of the tenants in the large-scale redevelopment building near the station have closed down.
There is a stylish senior housing with services nearby.
