Nov. 19th__Always Struggling

I'm always struggling to be who I want to be.

But I don't know what I should do for it.

I just study English and train at the gym, to prepare for

when I might need them.

 

By the way, my body has sometimes skin problems.

It looks so bad today on the picture but I dare to show it.

*Fly (Pectral muscle) 107kg  10repx4set   
*Shoulder press (Shoulder,Deltoid)   77kg   10repx4set
*Ratpulldown (Latissimus dorsi) 73kg  9repx3set
*Leg press (Hamstring) 79→86kg 10repx2set

*Rotary tolsor (Rectus abdominis) 64→68kg  10repx3set
