I could lift 100 kilos at Chest press today.

It makes me excited when summer is coming.

I need to bulk up more and more.

*Fly (Pectoral muscle)  113kg  10repx3set   

*Shoulder press (Shoulder,Deltoid)   82kg   10repx3set

*Latpulldown (Latissimus dorsi)  73kg  10repx3set

*Rotary tolsor (Ab muscles)  73kg  10repx3set

*Sit up(Ab muscles)  20repx3set

*Push up(Pectoral,Biceps)   40repx2set
