May. 12th__Bun with Custard Filling.

After weight training as usual, I had late lunch and relaxed

for a while at Kamakura Bakery.  I love a bun with custard filling.

My pectoral muscles are also like like buns with custard filling.

*Chest press (Pectoral muscle)  93kg   9repx4set
*Fly (Pectoral muscle)  113kg  10repx3set   
*Shoulder press (Shoulder,Deltoid)   77kg   10repx4set
*Latpulldown (Latissimus dorsi)  73kg  10repx3set
*Leg press (Hamstring) 86kg    ーーー 

*Rotary tolsor (Rectus abdominis  73kg  10repx2set

*Push up(Pectoral,Biceps)   20repx2set
