I ran 8 km to the gym and back under the blazing sun.

I forgot to bring a protein bottle, so I bought this at

a convenience store on the way to home.

 

Today's Workout Menu at Yotsukaido gym

*Bench press(Pectral muscle)  85set 4set
*hammer curl(biceps)  20kg 3set
*concentration curl(biceps)20kg 4set
*Shoulder press (Shoulder,Deltoid)  4set
