Feb. 18th__Bench Press 90kg

I did bench press with 90 kilos for the first time in my life today.

When I started weight training at age of 18, I did bench press with 50 kilos.

I'm by far stronger than the old me!

Today's Workout Menu at Yotsukaido gym

*Bench press(Pectral muscle)  90kg→85set 5set
*hammer curl(biceps)  20kg 3set
*concentration curl(biceps)20kg 4set
*Shoulder press (Shoulder,Deltoid)  4set
