Joseph Yam(任志剛), Chief Executive, Hong Kong Monetary Authority(HKMA：香港金融管理局) said that Hong Kong Exchange Fund（香港外汇基金）has earned over 100 billions HKD at the first 3 seasons this year(2009), just the 3rd season they have earned 75 billion HKD, and this has covered the amount of loss at financial crisis last year.
He said that the whole situation would be relative with the last season in this year. Total surplus over the years is 550 billions HKD, and total capital fund of Hong Kong Exchange Fund is over 1,900 billion HKD.
He said that he wouldnot agree with supporting Hong Kongese currency from Hong Kong Exchange Fund directly and welcome the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited(HKSB：香港上海滙豐銀行)move its headquarter back to Hong Kong.

Chairman of Hong Kong Hospital Authority(香港医院管理局), Anthony WU Ting-yuk(胡定旭)said that recently hospital staffs become dejected because of recent a series of medical incidents, and he thought that they are unwanted and not intentional.
He wishes Hong Kongese could understand and they were going to improve by 2 ways: 1. Simplify some of the complex procedures that should not be so complex2. Strengen the training for frontline staffs.(noon 13:00 09-26-2009 news)
