CMV, apoptosis, GVHD

移植歴のある方の十二指腸生検です。
写真の左方にサイトメガロウイルス封入体が2，3個あります。
写真の右方の陰窩上皮内にはアポトーシス小体が2，3個あります。

粘膜固有層には好中球浸潤が強く、今まさに剥がれんとす、です。
1．CMV感染だけでもapoptosis bodiesは出現します。
2．GVHD＋CMV感染の併存かもしれません。

Cytomegalovirus inclusion bodies are seen on the left side, and apoptotic bodies are identified in the crypt on the right side. The superficial mucosa is erosive with strong neutrophil infiltration.
1. Apoptotic bodies may appear only with CMV infection.
2. Co-existence of GVHD + CMV infection is also possible.
