I never draw the p-substratethat always the first layer that I haveOK?
so there's nothing in this class we are discussing in most if not all current processes
in PMOSthey start out with a P-substrate. Now there is a few differences or comment
on that moment.
So I don't draw a p-substratethere's layers that we define later on
my p-ox p-selectp+or p-d?s though it's a difference in a p-substrate
this is like a groundall right?
If I draw a Box on the N-well layer
what that indicate is thatthere is some openning in the mask
that indicate putting N-wellwhich is a diffusion or an implant
at this location in a substrate.
Now there are several things I need to be aware of right now.
SoI notice one layer N-well and I got one little implant into the substrate.
