“美: Vi” means beauty in Japanese. The word “美” has not only beauty of outward appearance, but has also inner beauty connotations like SAKURA “桜” (the symbol of spiritual beauty in Japan). Namely, it's based on the principle of a sound body and mind. In the lessons of The Vi-Ballet Exercise, evoking curiosity to your beauty, moving your body more freely, and will crystallize your goals for the mind and core of your body.

What is The Vi-Ballet Exercise?


The Vi-Ballet Exercise is the fusion of the fundamentals of classical ballet techniques, contemporary dance techniques (particularly Release Technique) and yoga. It's like an equilateral triangle. Three sides from ballet, contemporary dance and yoga, experiences learned from them will be at each corner of a triangle; and there is The Vi-Ballet Exercise in the center of a triangle.





How to make the core of your body stronger?



Maintaining a sound physical structure and mind is important at any age; especially the core of your body strength and flexibility is closely connected to balance or posture. The core of your body is absolutely vital to all your body's movements at any time. In addition to the workout for increasing your strength and flexibility, fingertips and tiptoes exercises to soften are vitally important to the foundation of all your body's movements. By the result, You'll be able to gain more flexibility and improve functional mobility. In terms of The Vi-Ballet Exercise; if you raise consciousness to every corner of the body, you can feel better about yourself and your body image.

for Small-Group Personal Exercise




Small-group personal exercise can focus your mind making full use of valuable time. It's a great value for you and your body. The Vi-Ballet Exercise Regular Open Classes designed for women's small-group personal exercise. Also you can customize lesson plans for one to one private exercise, your friend's (including you!) semi-private exercise (2–3 clients share) or your small-group personal exercise (4–8 clients share). Same small-group members will cheer you on, inspire you during the lesson. It can be much more fun and motivating than exercising home alone. If you are interested in small-group personal exercise in Tokyo, please join. The Vi-Ballet Exercise is constantly willing to accommodate a shared exercise.
