シャープを鴻海（ホンハイ）が買収
　Sharp Corp. signed a takeover agreement with
Taiwan’s Hon Hai Precision Industry Co.
　It is the first acquisition of a major Japanese electronics maker by a foreign company.
“We will blend the strengths of the two companies,” Sharp President Kozo Takahashi told a press conference.
