胃生検検体は10％中性緩衝ホルマリンに速やかに浸漬し固定してください。ろ紙の上に生検検体を並べてから、というお作法もありますが、そこで乾燥させてしまうと、写真のようにろ紙の繊維片が絡みついて、とても見にくい標本になってしまいます。写真上部の粘膜表層でキラキラしているのがろ紙クズです。医療安全上もよろしくないですね。

In practice, there is a method of laying out the biopsy specimen on filter paper ( I do NOT recommend). In case the specimens dry on the filter paper, the fiber fragments of the paper could be entangled, making the specimen difficult to observe. The glittering filter paper debris is seen on the surface of the mucosa in the upper part of the photo. This is not good for medical safety.

An old-type JNR passenger car (オハフ33 469), not a museum exhibit but a working car. According to the literature, it was built by Hitachi in 1948 (2021.3.20, inside the EL-Sakura express, at Shin-Kanaya Station).
