It has been twelve years and three hundred and seven
days in a row since I was able to rid myself of my
bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for
the forty-sixth consecutive day including the most
recent two days of 23-time push-ups.

It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya with several clouds
in the blue sky with the current temperature of 20.2
degrees, which means I feel that it is not too hot or
not too cool.
On such a nice day, I would rather enjoy walking.
As I have done an over 60-minute walking five times
in these past six days, now I have begun feeling
that my legs' muscle is steadily getting stronger
little by little.
I really hope that the day will come soon when I can
try a long-distance walking.
