I have been able to be a non-smoker for twelve years
and three hundred and fifteen days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the
fifty-fourth successive day including the latest two
days of 24-time push-ups.

It is mostly sunny in Nagoya and I can see thin
autumnal clouds in the blue sky.
I also see a few contrails up there, which means that
the weather is steadily going to take a turn for the
worse, and actually weather ladies say that Nagoya
will see rainfall tomorrow.
Anyway, autumn weather is said to be changeable.
