It has been twelve years and three hundred and twenty-
five days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep 28-time push-ups fro the fourth
successive day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the
sixty-fourth straight day.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there
were perfectly no clouds in the blue skies while I was
riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
The temperatures in the morning is steadily getting
lower and lower little by little.
As is often the case with the end of autumn, I think
that one good thing is that I will see no wasps or
hornets, which I really hate the most.
