I have been able to keep smoke-free for twelve years
and three hundred and nine days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the
forty-eighth consecutive day including the latest
four days of 23-time push-ups.

It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there are
little clouds in the blue sky, so I can enjoy plenty
of sunlight and doing a walking.
Now, I feel that it is very quiet, which means that
I do not hear anything such as the sound of the wind,
birds singing, or the traffic.
At this too quiet momemt, I may say that it feels eerie.
