Very happily, the day before yesterday, I was able
to keep myself from a bad habit of smoking eventually
for full thirteen years in a row and yesterday, for
the thirteen years and first consecutive day.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by one
time to 24 times yesterday, and kept at least 10-time
push-ups for the one hundred and fifth successive day.
I can enjoy a generous amount of sunlight today and
it is beautifully sunny with perfectly no clouds in
the blue skies in Nagoya.
I have decided to do walking more often in this winter
period as part of my efforts to reduce the risk of a
further rise in blood neutral fat.
As a matter of course, I have to avoid high-fat foods.
