I have been able to do without smoking for thirteen
years and eleven days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by
one time from the previous record of 20 to 21 times.
I was also able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups
for the one hundred and fifteenth straight day.
It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there are
completely no clouds in the blue skies, but it is
actually very cold with the lowest temperature of 3.9
degrees, even so, up 1.6 degrees from yesterday's
lowest temperature.
I have decided to try a long-distance walking in the
near future, maybe late January or early February next year.
So, I have to do walking as often as possible as part
of preparation for the planned winter walking.
