I have been able to be a non-smoker for thirteen years
and twenty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the eleventh
successive day and greter than 9-time push-ups for the
one hundred and twenty-fifth straight day.

It is cloudy in Nagoya and I feel that it is just a
little dark, but the winter coldness this morning is
a little milder, I think.
The current temperature is already over 8 degrees, and
the lowest temperature in Nagoya today was 6.2 degrees.
Because of the clouds, the ground's surface might not
have been coolded by nocturnal radiation.
It must be good, but actually, I want much more sunlight
during the daytime.
