Appendix, serrated lesion without dysplasia 虫垂の鋸歯状病変

虫垂のわっかの中に鋸歯状病変があり、きれいなアングルの写真が撮れました。
WHO分類(2019)のTableにはSerrated lesion without dysplasiaと記載されています。同じ頁のFigureにはAppendiceal sessile serrated lesion without dysplasiaという説明文になっています。
Not recommended: Sessile serrated polyp/adenoma (SSA/P)とあり。
古い芸名は改名しなさい、ということなのですね。私はSSLよりもSL（Steam Locomotive）が好きです。

A serrated lesion was found in a circular section of the appendix.
In “Appendiceal serrated lesions and polyps” of the WHO classification (2019), Table 5.01 lists it as “Serrated lesion without dysplasia”. In the Figure 5.02 on the same page, the description “Appendiceal sessile serrated lesion without dysplasia” is seen.
Not recommended: Sessile serrated polyp/adenoma (SSA/P); meaning that old stage names should be renamed?
