Twelve years and two hundred and thirty-seven days
in a row have passed since I was able to rid myself
of my smoking habit.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just
one time to 11 times so that my muscle will not
be weakened, and I was able to keep more than 9-
time push-ups for the three years and two hundred
and twenty-first straight day.

It is sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya, and
actually the current temperature at 9 a.m. was
30.4 degrees, down 0.7 degrees from the same time
yesterday, which makes me feel the summer heat
is gettin just a little milder.
Anyway, I cannot do anything important with the
gout pain which has been persistently severe.
The gout pain has been surely letting me down.
