 Today, let me explain about Zhiyin (BL67). 

 Zhiyin is situated on the lateral side of the small toe. It is represented by the Chinese characters '至陰', which means the boundary between Yin and Yang.

 Breech babies do not know the correct head position. Zhiyin is an acupuncture point that communicates with the fetus inside the abdomen, helping it understand the correct head position when it hasn't yet distinguished between up and down.
