Aloha!

Hello! This is my first post on this blog site. How is everyone doing?
As some of you may know already, I was in LA supporting my friends Daniel Ho & Keoki Kahumoku with their Grammy nomination. I am so happy for them for winning their 3rd Grammy in 3 years. They work so hard to promote Hawaiian music and Hawaiian Slack-key.

I will be coming to Japan in April, hopefully we can all be "Together" soon!

アロ～ハ！
今日は、珍しいスーツ姿のジュニアをお見せしますね～。
一緒に写っているのは、ジュニアと仲の良い
ハワイアンミュージシャンのケオキ・カフモクです。
これは、ロスアンジェルスで開催された
グラミー賞授賞式会場に行く前のふたりです。
ふたりともめったにこんなカッコすることがないので
ネクタイを締める時、かなーり悩んだそうですよ。

ジュニアとハワイ島在住のケオキとのつきあいは、11年。
デュオのアルバムもすでに3作リリースしています。
ふたりは会うといつもジョークを言い合って大笑い。
ケオキは今年、なんと4回目のグラミーを受賞しました！
おめでとう～、ケオキ！！
ジュニアもガンバレー！！！
