Walthersのエンパイアビルダー

gngoatの話題を独占中なのが、Walthersが、カタログに載せ始めたグレートノーザン鉄道の看板列車「エンパイアビルダー」の車両たちです。いわゆる「Mid-Century」バージョンのエンパイアビルダーを再現するのに最適の車両です。
特筆すべきは、ついにフルドームカーが、模型化されることでしょう（写真）。
それぞれ、45ドルとのことで、早いものは今年の8月くらいから発売になる模様です。

また、時期は遅れますが、ビッグスカイブルー塗装も発売される模様です。

Walthers just added color renderings of the Orange-Green cars to
their website. Sky Blue item numbers are listed but no pictures yet.
As to which scale, you just need to assume it's HO unless they say
otherwise.
