自家製酒
昨年より我家では、[梅酒]を作っており
7月に1年の熟成期間を経て見事に出来上がりました
味が濃厚で丸々 大きな梅と一緒に飲むと
なんとも贅沢な味わいです
食後酒として最適でした
For a year already,at the house of misako, we have been making japanese "umeshu" (plumwine). We put it together a whole year ago and it is finally ready for tasting. Tastes fabulous, drinking with a whole plum is a luxurious form of pleasure.

今年もMISAKO邸へ行って梅をピッキングさせて頂き
来年の7月まで熟成期間中です
調子に乗って8月にブルーベリーピッキングへ行った際
[ブルーベリー酒]を思いたち、同様に
ワォッカと氷砂糖で作りました
This year we picked plums and made the mixture for next year.
we are currently waitting for our new batch for July
We got alittle carried away and made "Blue berry-shu" from the berrys we picked back in august. We created the mixture by adding vodka and ice sugar
パソコンで調べたら、3ヶ月くらいで できるとの事で
先日 飲んだらあまりに強く、
ひっくり返りそうになりました
氷砂糖の量が少なかったのか[大人の味]で
もう少し氷砂糖を加え再熟成中です。
After searching on the internet, we found out its usually ready within 3 months. The batch we had this year was so strong i could have fell over.
There was probably not enough ice sugar in the mix so it had a very "adult taste". we are currently adjusting the taste by adding more ice sugar.氷砂糖の量には充分ご注意ください
Please be cautious with the amount of ice sugar used
