オカナガン、ワインづくしの旅

Beach店Memiがオカナガンに行ってきました。

雨の予報を覆し見事に晴れ　やった

 

Memi of Beach Salon had a trip to Okanagan!
According to the wheather forecast it was suppose to rain, but it was sunny!!

汽車に乗ったり
Riding the train

楽しい事が盛りだくさん
Loads of fun things to do

 

そして何より今回の楽しみにしていたのが

ワイナリー巡り

Naramataと言うエリアにはたくさんのワイナリーがたくさん密集しており

全部行ききれなかったほど

テイスティングは少量ですが1か所につき３～6種類ほど試すので5件も行けばほろ酔い

And the thing I was most looking forward to was
the winery!
At the area of Naramata, there were soo many winerys that we could not see all of them.
Although it is just a sip of wine, We went around atleast 5 different winerys with 3 - 6 tastings each. we ,might have gotten slightley drunk

 

私は７ヶ所まわり１日で１０本程ゲット

調子にのりました

そして今回の旅で筆頭すべきは

Missoin Hill　でのLunch

もう素晴らしいの一言

I went around to 7 winerys and got atleast 10 glasses!
I got alittle carried away.

What i recommend to everyone from this trip was the Lunch at "Mission Hill"
It was just fantastic

景色、お味、ワインとの相性

ウェイトレスさんのサービスすべて完璧でした

午後の予定を大幅に変更し食後そのまま２時間レストランにとどまり

チーズと数種類のワインをテイスティングしてすっかりいい気分に

結果更に調子にのって３日間で計１６本購入

本当に楽しい楽しい旅でした

心からお勧めします

でも買いすぎにはご注意を

 

The view, taste, combination with the wine, and their service was
Just exceptional.
We ended up delaying our schedule and stayed at the restraunt for 2 hours.
We were very satisfied tasting some more wine and having some cheese.
In total we ended up having 16 glasses
This trip was just soo much fun.
I recommend it to everyone from the bottom of my heart
I warn everyone not to spend too much though.!!!!

NYC

先日、休みを取って3日間ニューヨーク（NYC）へ行ってきました

人、車の多さには驚きました

ニューヨーカーは本当に急いでいますパワーがあります

A few days ago, I took 3 days off too go to New York City
I was shocked at how many people and cars there were.
New yorkers are always on the run with lots of energy.

見所も多く3日間では周りきれません

品揃えが豊富な洋服屋さん

素晴らしい歌声と演奏のJAZZ BAR

何を食べても美味しかったレストラン

広すぎて周りきれなかったメトロポリタン美術館

セレブばかりの一流美容室の見学

などなど

Vancouverの自然もいいですがたまには大都会へ行き

NYCの空気を味わうことをオススメします

もし、２０代だったら絶対に住みたいと思いました

3 days was not enough because there were too many places too see.
Very nice clothing stores.
Some beautiful singing and acting at a JAZZ BAR
The Metropolitan art meuseum that was too big to go around the whole thing
Also checked out the top hair studios with Celebrity clients

Vancouvers nature is nice but I would recommend to check out
The big city, New York city.
If i were 20 again, I would consider living there.

スタンレーパーク一周

こんにちは

休みの日に初めてスタンレーパーク一周してきました

ドラム？ボンゴ？で踊ってる人たちがいてとっても楽しそうでした

Hello~
For the first time I went for a walk around Stanley park, during my break
There were people playing drums and bongos on the beach.
seemed like lots of fun

Canadaでは色んな所で踊ってる人がいて面白いです

It is funny because there are people dancing everywhere in canada

トーテムポールも初めてみました

こんなにアートな感じだとは思わなかったです

I saw a totem pole for the first time
I didn't know they were so artistic

かわいいラクーンの家族にも会えて本当に自然が多いなと実感しました

めっちゃかわいかったです

I also met a racoon familly and realised how much nature there is in Vancouver.
It was soooo cute!

その次の日にローラーブレードしに行きましたが

こんなに難しいものだとは思わなかったです

The next day I went back there to roller blade.
I didn't know it would be so difficult

Birthday Party

こんにちは～BeachのKumiです

最近凄く嬉しい事ありました

Birthday Partyをしてもらったんです

Birthdayの当日は大好きなEnglish Bayに行ってサンセットを見てきました

と言ってもすぐ近くなんですが

Hello~ This is KUMI of BEACH
Recently, my friends and co-workers held a birthday party for me.
at the end of the day of my birthday, i went to my favourite place, English Bay, to watch the sunset.
Well, its really close to my house.

凄く癒される場所で飽きないので私の中でBest of favoriteなのです

だから最高のBirthdayでした

I feel as if all my troubles disapear at English bay. That is why its my favourite place. So it was an awsome Birthday!

次の日は学校の時の友達がPartyしてくれました
The next day, my friend from school held a party for me

料理がとっても上手な子で

ローストビーフを作ってくれました

そして私がずっと欲しかった　英語の料理Bookをくれました

頑張って作るぞー

My friend is very good at cooking
and made me some excellent Roast beef
  I Also got this english cook book that I always wanted
I'm gonna do my best with the cooking!

 

そして土曜日はスタッフのみんなで焼肉、「まる忠」に行きました

まさかVanで焼肉が食べられるとは思ってなかったので

めーーーーーーっちゃおいしく食べれました

Then on Saturday, We went to Maruchu, a yakiniku house with the staff from Beach. I didn't think I would be able to eat yakiniku in Vancouver.
It waaas deeeliciouss!!

 

そのあと念願のカラオケも楽しかったです

みんなからのHappy birthday cardは一生大切にします

ホントに本当にありがとうございました

Going to Karaoke was fun aswell.
I will treasure the birthday card from you all.
Thank you all soo much!!

barnet marine park

 

夏に遊ばにゃいつ遊ぶ　ってことで、休みの日は近場のPARKに行く事にしました

When can we have fun if not in the summer!? So we decided to go to a park

 

まずは　barnet marine park

ちょうどSFUの北側に位置する海浜公園です。
It is a park located on the coase alittle north from SFU

紫色のヒトデ発見
A purple star fish spotted!

 

コンクリートの大きいオブジェなんだろこれ
A big concrete object... I wonder what it is

 

駐車場代も無料でガス代だけで癒された休日でした
no parking fee and only gas fee. An easy price for a soothing aternoon
