ついに国内での二次感染が起こった！もはや、パンデミックは回避できない。新型インフルエンザの高校生患者が神戸・大阪で発生している。神戸の発生源となった三つの高校に関しては、交流試合によるものと推測されているが、大阪との関連は不明である。
だが、既に神戸市民への差別、外国人差別が起こっており、ネットやリアル社会でのバッシングが渦巻いている状態だ。ここは冷静に対処すべきではないだろうか。
当サイトへの投稿情報では、数名の患者（あえて国籍は伏す）が国際空港での水際での制止を振り切って入国したという。また関西の某高校の海外の下見要員（修学旅行？留学？の下見）が水際作戦が始まる前に帰国したのだが、その人物が発熱していたという情報もある。あくまで噂であり、確定はとれていないが、情報が錯綜している。
