我等旅行者には観光地だが、生活が根付く町は良い

以前より訪ねたかった処

軽井沢から上田に向かう途中、千曲川沿いの古い宿場町

お盆休みも最後の日曜日午後という事もあり人が少なく静か

The place that I wanted to visit before

On the way to Ueda from Karuizawa,

the old post town along the Chikuma River

There are few people that it was a quiet Sunday afternoon

of the last-Bon vacation.
