陥入爪の治療② オペってきた

とにかく早く歩けるようにするため、土曜はオペをしてもらいに少し遠くの皮膚科に行った。というか、オペの日程を調整をするつもりで初診に行ったらその場で即オペになったのだが。

初診表に

　陥入爪：指先の痛みや痺れ

と書いたためにオペが即座に決まった感じ。

心の準備ができる前に麻酔の注射を打ち（巷ではこの麻酔がさぞ痛いと書いてあったが、いざ受けたら普通で助かった）、麻酔が効くまで10分程度待ち、さらに15分ほど待って手術台に。ドクターが来て1分もしないうちに終わった。周囲の肉は切らず、刺さっている部分の爪のみを切って抜いたようだ。

暫くして麻酔が切れたが、数日前から奥の爪がジワジワ痛かったこともあり

体感の痛みはほとんど変わらなかった。親知らずを抜いた時の方が麻酔が切れた後の痛みはあるという印象。

次の通院（傷の治りを見ながらいつから生活を戻せるか訊きに行く）は火曜である。

The doctor immediately decided to have an operation.

the reason I guess is that I wrote to the first medical examination sheet like that.
Acronyx : pain or numbness in the fingertips.

Before I was ready, I was given an anesthesia (it was said that anesthesia in fingers was painful in the internet, but it was not painful as I imagined), wait about 10 minutes until the anesthesia works, and wait about 15 minutes. It ended within a minute after the doctor came. It seems that the surrounding meat was not cut, and only the nail on the pierced part was cut and pulled out.

After a while an anesthesia was cut off, but I thought that my pain was almost unchanged from a few days ago. I think the pain is stronger when wisdom tooth is pulled out.

The next visit to the dermatologist (going to see when the wound will heal and when I can walk and run) is Tuesday.
