モデルハウスとして公開する当社の試聴室の詳細です。
大垣市上石津町一之瀬に、建設済みのものを含めて
３棟が建設されます。
事務棟、倉庫棟、試聴室です。
このうち事務棟、試聴室を公開する予定です。
まず、事務棟ですが、車２台分程の広さの小さなログハウスです。
こちらは建設済みです。
延床面積 9.57平方メートル(2.89坪)
ベランダ面積 2.90平方メートル(0.87坪)
総面積 12.47平方メートル(3.77坪)
次に、試聴室ですが、
完成するとこのような形になります。
総面積 20.64平方メートル(6.24坪)
窓には、防音対策のため二重ガラスを使用します。
断熱効果も抜群です。
