『蓄音機の音で聴きたい！vol.4』の続きです。

蓄音機の音を出すパッシブフィルターを設計しました。



周波数特性は以下のようになります。



しかし、これは非現実的な値です。

次段のインピーダンスを４７キロオームとしたためこうなってしまいました。

これを使用するにはバッファアンプを使うか

アクティブフィルターで設計する方がよさそうです。

まずは、設計したパッシブフィルターにバッファアンプを使用して鳴らしてみましょう。

蓄音機の特徴を出すための周波数特性です。



高域はダラダラと落ちていきますが

低域はストンと落ちる感じです。

この特性をパッシブフィルターで再現してみます。

今回はダラダラ落ちる特性には

-6dB/octのフィルターで

ストンと落ちる特性には

-12dB/octのフィルターを使います。

-6dB/octのフィルターには抵抗とコンデンサーを


-12dB/octのフィルターにはコイルとコンデンサーを使用します。

それでは設計してみましょう。

high is decreased smoothly.

low is decreased steeply.

This characteristic is reproduced with a passive filter.

The filter of -6 dB/oct is used for the characteristic decreased smoothly.

The filter of -12 dB/oct is used for the characteristic decreased steeply.

蓄音機の特徴を出すために周波数特性を100Hz～5KHzにして試聴します。

そこで100Hz～5KHzのカマボコ特性にしてみます。



だいぶ近づいてきました。

高域を微調整します。



低域を微調整します。

ずいぶんとそれらしくなってきました。

『蓄音機の音で聴きたい！vol.1』の続きです。

蓄音機の特徴は周波数特性が狭いということです。

NTTの資料によると

CDの周波数特性　　20Hz～20KHz

FMラジオの周波数特性　　50Hz～14KHz

AMラジオの周波数特性　　50Hz～7KHz

電話の周波数特性　　300Hz～3.4KHz

となっています。

蓄音機の帯域はどの程度なのでしょう？

1920年代までの機械録音　300Hz～1.5KHz

その後の電気録音　　100Hz～5KHz

このデーターによると、AMラジオより少し悪い程度です。

まずはiPadのアプリを使ってこの帯域を再現してみましょう。

昨晩は第4回レコードコンサートでした。

1970年代をテーマに55人のお客様にアナログレコードをたっぷりお楽しみいただきました。

場所は大垣市上石津町の伝香寺。

200年前に建てられた本堂でお食事とお酒をいただきながら。



境内にはススキが飾られ、

竹筒から覗くロウソクの炎がゆれていました。
