つまり冷や汗と動悸。なぜだ。
最近は会社から自宅まで徒歩で通勤してて、(往復8000歩強)
要は思いついたように運動を生活に取り入れだしたわけだ。
しかし、いい運動をしたなんて思っている間にどうも筋肉がグリコーゲンを使い果たして血中から糖分をもっていってしまうらしい。
ということで今日は夕飯に意識的に炭水化物を多く摂った。しかし未だ体調戻らず。
ローカーボダイエットなんて言葉があったけど、俺がそれをやったら痩せる前に低血糖症で死ぬような気がする。
